When Marilyn leaves her husband after almost twenty years of marriage she is hoping to have the time of her life without her dead weight Walter. Soon she finds out that going it alone isn’t exactly what she was expecting but true to form, she will not admit her mistake at any cost.
Walter, who wanted nothing to do with Marilyn’s new fascination with the single life fad, as he sees it, decides to make the best of it and try his hand at dating. Soon the tables are turned as Walter is enjoying his newfound freedom while Marilyn struggles with one loser after another.
